Hays has partnered with a Council in Sydney’s West tor recruit entry-level Parking Officer to join their compliance team on a casual, ongoing basis.

Your new role

In this role you will be patrolling the LGA on foot and in a vehicle, issuing parking infringements, responding to parking complaints from the community and educating the community on local laws.

What you’ll need to succeed

You will need to have a background either in retail sales or front of house hospitality and will require strong communication and dispute resolution skills. An understanding of PDA device would be useful, a Class A Driver’s Licence is a must.

What you’ll get in return

These positions are a first step into the compliance field of Local Government. You will be provided with on site training and the potential to turn this role into a fulltime position.
