**About the role**

National Parks and Wildlife Service has a unique opportunity for a Licensing Support Officer to work as part of the Conservation Programs team and contribute towards the conservation of the natural environment, flora, fauna and Aboriginal heritage.

**About You**

Strong written and verbal communication skills are also critical, as the role involves frequent engagement with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. You will also:
- be confident in preparing clear, professional correspondence, explaining licensing requirements to the public
- respond to enquiries in a timely and respectful manner
- be comfortable working independently to progress tasks with mínimal supervision, while also contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
- demonstrate commitment to delivering high-quality customer service, along with the flexibility to adapt to changing systems, processes, and priorities.
