**Your new company**

This local government council is looking to hire an Admin Officer to join their team on a temporary basis with a view for extension. This council is based in Western Sydney and is active in managing the area for the community.

**Your new role**

Reporting to the Team Leader of Parking, the primary objective of this role is to provide business and administration support to the team. Duties include:

- Receiving and sorting through data relating to parking infringements.
- Confirming legitimacy and then processing infringements.
- Preparation of reports, letter writing and filing as required.

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to be successful for this role, you will have:

- Previous administration experience, with local government experience being highly advantageous
- Ability to learn new tasks and systems and can hit the ground running
- Great communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to work both within a team and autonomously
