Hays has patterned with a large Local Government Area in Sydney's West to find Trainee Parking Officers to join their Regulatory Services Team on a casual, ongoing basis.

**Your new role**
- Patrol the LGA on foot and in a vehicle, including school zones and event parking.
- Issue Parking Infringements.
- Educate the public on local laws.
- Respond to parking complaints from the public.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Experience in retail sales or front-of-house hospitality.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong customer service and dispute resolution skills.
- The ability to adapt in tricky situations.

**What you'll get in return**

If you are successful in this role, you will have training on the job to enforce how to enact parking fines. You will work a 4-day week at 35 hours and be paid at a competitive rate. Please note this is a casual role, but has the potential to go permanent.
