**The opportunity**:
**Your day to day**:

- Provide professional, friendly and prompt service for internal & external enquires
- Responsible for all administrative duties across all of our theme parks for People & Culture and Learning & Development
- Manage and keep the HRIS and LMS systems up to date, ensuring all data is current and compliant
- Maintenance of the payroll database (SAP) in a high-volume environment, whilst ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met
- Assist with a range of presentations/courses for Village Roadshow Theme Parks
- Assisting with the onboarding process of new team members
- Manage creative content for our internal social media accounts and coordinate the procurement of prizes for our reward and recognition program

**What you’ll bring**:

- Human Resources experience is preferred
- A strong administration background is essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure, with demonstrated time management skills
- Previous experience using SAP and Page Up would be advantageous
