**About the Role**
This is an entry level role working within the People and Culture Team. This position will report to the People & Culture Division Leader and be responsible for various administrative functions:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including preparation of job advertisements, scheduling interviews and reference checking.
- Assist with training and development Coordination
- Maintain and update data in system
- Assist with general administration/reporting and ad hoc projects
- Promote a culture of best practice and continuous improvement
- Attending Weekly and Monthly Team Meetings
