ABOUT YOU
5-7 years of HR experience, partnering with leaders to drive organisational development.
A natural relationship builder who thrives on coaching, facilitating, and empowering teams.
Hands-on experience managing HR processes—recruitment, onboarding, performance, and more.
Passionate about making a difference and helping leaders succeed.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities confidentially and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in identifying innovative solutions to enhance people practices.
Flexibility to travel across our key locations—Rocky Point (Yatala), Hamilton (Brisbane), and Wodonga (NSW).
