**People & Culture Coordinator**

**About the role**:
**Duties**:

- Provide professional, friendly and prompt service for internal & external enquires
- Responsible for administration/reception duties associated with for People & Culture and Learning & Development
- Manage and keep up to date the HRIS and LMS systems ensuring all data is current and compliant
- Liaise with external training companies and monitor, book & follow up on internal & external training for all team members
- Facilitate a range presentations/courses including Group Interviews, Induction, Guest Service and Compliance portfolios
- Assisting with recruitment functions such as reference checking, police checks and following up with the onboarding process of new team members

**Skills and Experience**:

- Human Resources administration experience desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and meet deadlines
- Professional and friendly disposition with self organisation, problem solving & time management skills
- Demonstrated discretion and an ability to maintain confidentiality with a proven ability to work with business stakeholders
- Previous experience in SAP and Page Up would be advantageous
