**About the Role**:
As People & Culture Manager, you will design, develop, and implement strategies to attract, onboard, engage, and develop employees. This role provides a mix of strategic and hands-on HR support to our teams, driving performance excellence and ensuring our people feel supported and inspired.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead people and culture initiatives that align with our strategic goals.
- Develop and execute workforce attraction, onboarding, and development strategies to foster a high-performance culture.
- Drive initiatives to enhance, measure, and monitor the employee experience throughout the entire employee journey.
- Continuously improve our employee perks program and framework.
- Support the organisation's workforce planning.
- Champion leadership development, engagement, and succession planning.
- Ensure venue compliance with recruitment, onboarding, resignations, qualifications, and rostering.
- Design and implement performance enablement frameworks to build high-performing teams.
- Lead and roll out wellness initiatives that promote a mentally healthy workplace.
- Coordinate social and team-building events to strengthen culture and connection.
- Embed our Purpose, CVM Truths, and Leadership Fundamentals across the organisation.

**About You**:

- Fun, energetic and can-do attitude.
- Strong understanding of Fair Work, National Employment Standards, and award interpretation.
- Proven ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience enabling employee performance and development.
- People-centric mindset with a passion for creating positive workplace experiences.
- Highly developed organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
- Innovative thinker who brings creative solutions to challenges.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and respect sensitive information.
- Quick learner who adapts easily to new programs and processes.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Employment Relations.
