**About Plumbers Choice**:
Established in 1996, Plumbers Choice is a rapidly expanding supplier of plumbing goods to Plumbers across all of Australia.

Our goal is to change the way plumbing goods are sold in Australia, to a Trade Only industry. We have a Trade Only policy to protect Plumbers, as we believe that only Plumbers should be able to buy plumbing materials.

Plumbers Choice has a solid growth plan in place to see our staff numbers double as we continue to build new distribution centres in order to satisfy our growing customer portfolio.

**About the role**:
Located in Bayswater, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in supporting the sales department. This is a casual position offering 16 hours per week, over 2 or 3 days. Your duties will include:

- Call customers and potential new leads to gather relevant data
- Ensure Plumbers Choice data is valid and up to date
- Identify potential customers and document them accordingly
- Communicate with Marketing Manager and Sales Manager regarding potential opportunities

**About you**:
If you are confident on the phone and have administration and / or sales experience, this role is for you
- Google Sheets and/or Excel experience is essential
- Administration experience is ideal but not essential
- Sales experience is ideal but not essential
- You are self motivated and enjoy a challenge
- Solid customer service experience
- Must be efficient on a computer
- High levels of written and verbal communication skills
