**Australian Workplace Test & Tag (AWTT)**is a well-established and growing National Electrical and Fire Protection Company. We are currently seeking to add to our team in the Brisbane Office.
We are looking for a true team player with a strong can-do attitude who is prepared to go the extra mile to see our client’s needs are fulfilled properly. This role is entwined with every team member, and its success is bolstered by a great team working environment with the highest level of work ethics and integrity.
As a member of our vibrant and supportive team your duties may include:
- Liaise with Clients and Field Staff to assist the coordination and scheduled appointments
- Answer telephone enquiries and requests from new and existing clients, and members of the external team
- Perform data entry work and generate reports for customers
- Documentation management of the team
- General ad-hoc office administration tasks
You will work closely with the Operations Manager and entire team to ensure a smooth and consistent workflow to meet both client requirements and the business objectives set by the General Manager. You will receive training in our systems and procedures and will have someone available to guide and support you while you get used to our environment. We have a wonderfully diverse and dynamic team, and want to ensure everyone can work well together to help drive us forward.
**Essential Criteria**:
The successful applicant will be highly motivated, a “can-do attitude” goes a long way. But also being confident in their work when done correctly, and solution focused. Other talents which are important are:
- Strong focus on quality & client satisfaction
- A good understanding of the Microsoft office suite
- IT skills and a desire to learn more
- Excellent Organisational, Administrative and Communication Skills
- Well-developed computer skills and an ability to perform data entry with speed and accuracy
- Enthusiasm, and commitment to the efficient operations of a trade service business
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Experience in the fire industry is desirable but not essential.
