The HR Administrator role will see you working closely with the senior management team to grow our group's HR initiatives and progress our recruiting excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate the recruitment and hiring process
- Prepare employment contracts and standard employee letters
- Schedule new starter inductions for a smooth program delivery
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process through our HRM
- Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures
- Maintain employee files with accuracy
- Notify managers of expiring contracts
- Provide support to business unit managers on various activities
- Assist with work-related health and safety issues, including workers' compensation claims Liaise with employees, payroll, insurance, and suppliers as required
