Role Description
We are looking for an organised and proactive Service Delivery Administrator to join our Security Division. This role is key to supporting our Service Delivery Manager and Operations Manager by handling the high volume of ad hoc jobs and work orders that keep our service delivery running smoothly.
What you'll do:
- Process and track ad hoc jobs and work orders for the Security Division.
- Create and maintain job records in simPRO/TrackTik.
- Assist with scheduling last-minute security requests.
- Communicate with officers about job details and updates.
- Generate reports to help management track service performance.
What we're looking for:
- Strong Communication skills
- Proficient in Customer Service
- Strong administrative or scheduling experience.
- Confidence with job management systems (simPRO, TrackTik, or similar).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Relevant experience or certifications in security services are advantageous but not required.
