**The Role**

Due to business growth and expansion, we are seeking a Full-Time Schedule Administrator to fulfil an integral role within our Operations team. You will be responsible for maximising the day-to-day operations through the efficient implementation of the daily works schedule. This position guarantees overall general compliance within our workforce, as well as enforcing a high level of, adhering to stringent safety standards whilst ensuring the welfare of our valued team.

We are looking for an individual with outstanding relationship and communication skills who has the desire to engage teams to deliver exceptional service and productivity to our customers. This is a role for a proven Administration leader who is equally committed to safety, workplace morale and achieving results.

**Key Duties of the position include**
- Effectively pre-plan daily works schedule, including people, and plant resource
- Liaison with and supporting internal departments to deliver daily targets
- Liaison with external customers and suppliers at a high level to deliver works to a high standard

**What we need for you**
- A current and unrestricted drivers’ licence
- Certificate III in Arboriculture or Horticulture highly desirable, but not required
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power-point, and Outlook)
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and solid communication skills
- Ability to work in fast paced dynamic environment
