Position Overview:

As a Sales Administrator, you'll play an essential role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, supporting both the sales and business development teams through a mix of administration, reporting, and client service. Reporting to the Key Accounts Manager, you'll help deliver a seamless client experience by managing onboarding coordination with our team in Canada, maintaining clear communication with clients, and supporting smooth collaboration across departments.

In this varied role, you'll prepare sales materials and presentations, monitor customer inboxes to ensure timely and professional responses, maintain accurate CRM and contract documentation, and assist with reporting and KPI tracking.

Your strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proactive mindset will help drive efficiency, streamline internal processes, and support exceptional client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records, communications, and sales activities in the CRM to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
  • Contribute to preparing and updating sales materials, pitch decks, and supporting documentation for client meetings and presentations.
  • Monitor shared inboxes, ensuring all client enquiries are responded to promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate client onboarding processes with internal teams, ensuring all documentation and system updates are completed accurately.
  • Prepare and distribute regular reports, KPI summaries, and sales dashboards to support visibility and performance tracking.
  • Liaise with internal departments to support clear communication, timely follow-up, and smooth internal workflows.
  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and calendars for senior team members as required.
  • Support ongoing improvements in sales administration, reporting accuracy, and CRM utilisation.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including scheduling, reporting, and general coordination tasks.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in administration, sales support, or a similar coordination role.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service mindset, with clear, professional communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
