**Role Summary**

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Business Development / Telemarketing Specialist to join our team. This is a desk-based role focused on reaching out to our target architects and designers. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities by booking appointments and securing agreements to send product samples. You will play a key role in building and nurturing relationships over the phone, using your great interpersonal skills, love of talking and knowledge of our products to engage potential clients effectively. **Key Responsibilities**
- Proactively engage with architects and designers via phone to book appointments and send product samples for the projects they're working on.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products, tailoring conversations to meet client needs and project requirements.
- Infectious energy and charisma that naturally draws people in, creating engaging and meaningful conversations with potential clients.
- Proven experience in results-driven environments, such as B2B sales, telemarketing, direct sales, cold calling, or other target-based roles, demonstrating a consistent track record of achieving goals.
