**The Role**:
We’re looking for a **Sales & Account Manager** to drive new business opportunities and manage client relationships. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys consultative selling, and wants to be part of a collaborative team.

**What You’ll Do**:
**Cold calling and direct prospecting** to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
Identify and engage potential clients through outreach, networking, and inbound inquiries.
Develop and present tailored proposals that align with client needs.
Manage client relationships, ensuring excellent service and repeat business.
Work closely with our project managers and developers to ensure smooth project execution.
Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Proven experience in cold calling, direct prospecting, and lead generation.**
Sales, business development, or account management experience (preferably in a digital agency or tech-related field).
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
A self-starter with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
Understanding of **software development, web development, and digital marketing** services.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
