ChubbyChia is a locally made, all-natural chia pudding brand crafted in Sydney. Our portion-controlled tubs are already winning over **hotels, conferences, and cafés** as a fresh, hygienic, and waste-reducing breakfast/snack solution.

We’ve recently rebranded and are expanding into retail with a new 220g range and our premium **tapioca line** — making this an exciting time to join.

We’re a challenger brand shaking up the healthy snacking and breakfast space, and we’re looking for someone energetic and curious about **FMCG, food startups, and brand growth**.

**The Role**

We’re looking for a **junior sales and brand rep** — someone hands-on, people-focused, and eager to learn the ropes of FMCG sales. You’ll help us build visibility, manage tastings, and open new accounts across **cafés, independents, and foodservice venues**.

This role is ideal for a **university student or recent graduate** who wants to gain real experience in a fast-moving food business, 1-2 days per week.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prospect and pitch to **cafés, independents, and hospitality venues** across Sydney.
- Conduct **product drops and tastings** for potential customers.
- Support with **sampling programs** and **retail activations**.
- Help manage customer follow-ups, stock checks, and basic CRM tracking.
- Gather insights from venues and report back on sales or feedback.
- Represent the ChubbyChia brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.

**What We’re Looking For**
- A genuine **interest in FMCG, food, and health brands**.
- Confident communicator who enjoys meeting people.
- Proactive and organised — able to manage your own day.
- Ideally studying (or recently graduated in) **Business, Marketing, or related fields**.
- Availability for **1-2 days per week** (flexible schedule).
- Driver’s licence preferred but not essential.
