We're building something exciting — and we want YOU to help bring it to life online. As our Content Creator & Social Media Manager, you'll be the creative engine and digital voice of our brand. From scroll-stopping posts to snappy TikToks and reels, you'll be driving the buzz that gets people talking, sharing, and engaging with us.

This is your chance to bring ideas to the table, experiment with content that stands out, and help shape the vibe of a brand that's growing fast. You won't just "manage pages" — you'll help us build a movement.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, create, and manage content that brings our brand to life across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more.
  • Build and maintain a content calendar to keep our channels active and exciting.
  • Film, edit, and produce engaging videos, stories, and reels (with access to our office and team at Crows Nest for content).
  • Jump into the comments, DMs, and mentions to create authentic connections with our audience.
  • Stay on top of trends, memes, and viral opportunities — and make them our own.
  • Track performance and share insights to keep pushing results higher.
  • Collaborate with the team in-office to launch campaigns, promotions, and creative projects.

What We're Looking For

  • A natural storyteller with a creative spark and a knack for making content fun and engaging.
  • Someone who lives and breathes social media (especially TikTok and Instagram).
  • Experience creating and editing short-form video (CapCut, Adobe, Canva, etc.).
  • Strong communication and writing skills — you know how to craft captions that click.
  • Self-starter who's organised, reliable, and excited to bring fresh ideas.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Photography/videography experience.
  • Familiarity with paid ads and boosting posts.
  • Blog writing or email marketing skills.
