**We are looking for an experienced Management Consultant to deliver consulting services to advise clients ontheir eCommerce strategies and to assist them in the preparation of the implementation of related solutions and systems**

The mission will be to efficiently assist clients in developing best practice eCommerce strategies. The ManagementConsultant will assist the client to assess immediate and longer term growth opportunities relying on digital and eCommerce technologies. The Management Consultant will be required to meaningfully engage with clients to appropriately identify their digital growth opportunities and challenges, assisting the design, architecture and implementation of possible eCommerce solutions to support clients' business growth and digital transformation

**Job Purpose**

Deliver Management Consulting services to Australian subsidiaries of international and locally headquartered companies and customers of Matter Design and Digital

Coordinate with the leadership team to develop best practices services across eCommerce strategies, CX, UXand new technologies

**Primary Duties and responsibilities**
- Aide clients by providing advice on best practice Digital, Data and eCommerce strategies
- Carry out research and data collection to understand the client’s organisation
- Learn about the client’s business challenges and technologies to understand their strategic and operationalneeds; interview company personnel, conduct workshops
- Evaluate existing organisational problems and identify opportunities for improvement
- Identify areas of inefficiency at all levels and assist the client to develop strategic plans taking into accounttimelines and budgets
- Plan and implement cost-effective solutions utilising Matter capabilities
- Implement software and technologies to optimise operations of the business
- Manage internal resources to deliver services within the allocated time and budget
- Monitor estimates and actual time taken by internal resources
- Maintain a line of direct communication with clients to give them feedback and assist them to implement theimproved strategies
- Learn about the client’s business challenges and technologies to understand their business needs
- Evaluate existing organisational problems and identify opportunities for improvement
- Plan and implement cost-effective solutions utilising current infrastructure and resources
- Implement ecommerce software and related technologies to optimise operations of the business
- Document business requirements and system specifications to support the delivery of implementationservices to meet the client needs and achieve profitable outcomes for our business

**The experience you will bring looks a little like this**
- 5+ years’experience working in an eCommerce business (agency experience highly regarded)
- Experience in Management Consulting (operational strategy)
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business and Management
- Strong project management skills
- eCommerce experience essential (client side or agency side)
- BigCommerce or similar eCommerce platform experience
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Being comfortable and confident with modern eCommerce solutions is required to be effective in this role where the ability to build clients' trust and manage their expectations will be critical to delivering a profitable and high quality project

**Job Details**
- Full time - 38 hours per week
- Salary - $100,000 - $139,999 based on experience
