**About the Company**

Established in 1999, we are a successful and growing IT company that provides both products and services to our clients. We are a small, tight-knit team and are looking for a new member to manage our financial accounts.

**The Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team for one day a week at our Crows Nest office. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for all day-to-day accounts functions, reporting directly to the director. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is looking to broaden their skills and have a direct impact on the financial health of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Accounts Payable**: Processing and managing all vendor invoices and payments.
- **Accounts Receivable**: Managing client invoicing and follow-ups.
- **Bank and Sales Reconciliation**: Performing regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- **BAS Preparation**: Assisting with the preparation and lodgement of Business Activity Statements.
- **Payroll**: Managing weekly or fortnightly payroll for a small team.
- All other general accounts-related tasks as required.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a bookkeeper.
- Expertise in **MYOB (non-cloud)**, including hands-on experience with bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- The ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A strong customer-focused approach.

**Please note**: Basic training on our specific processes will be provided, but you must be a confident and experienced MYOB user from the start.
