**The Company**:
Our client is Australia's leading supplier in providing a diverse range of hotel operating equipment, amenities and supplies.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Create a strategic plan to develop current and future resellers
- Develop a go-to-market strategy for key product line.
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Communicating and collaborating with the marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met.
- Maintain detailed leads record on Salesforce and meticulously follow through leads with channel reps
- Track business success (goals & objectives) and develop performance metrics
- Provide market insights and analysis to the leadership team

This opportunity is well suited for someone from the hospitality industry or has previous sales and key account management experience.

This role is for someone who is looking for an autonomous role where you can really make an impact on the business and treat this as your own business unit. You will need to be well presented, have a likeable personality that can relate to both management and sales reps alike, have impeccable communication skills and be highly motivated to really carve out an exciting career with this organization.
