- What You’ll Be Doing:
- Keep things running smoothly with expert coordination of rosters, meetings, and office systems.
- Support our residents with empathy and efficiency, handling sensitive enquiries and admissions with care.
- Manage financial admin like accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and resident trust accounts.
- Champion compliance by assisting with onboarding, police checks, and employee records.
- Drive occupancy by conducting home tours, managing enquiries, and collaborating with our Sales Hub.

**About You**:
To be considered, you will have:
- Proven experience in office administration and team coordination.
- Experience in aged care roster management
- Strong organisational and time management skills—you’re the one who keeps everything on track.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a warm and professional approach.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A knack for problem-solving and a calm, empathetic presence under pressure.
- A qualification in Business Administration - desirable
