We are seeking a
People & Culture Coordinator
to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting recruitment and HR operations across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with leadership in a fast-paced, professional legal environment.

Please note:
This is a
full-time, in-office position (5 days per week).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job ads to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
  • Prepare and update contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documents
  • Coordinate interviews, reference checks, and candidate communication
  • Maintain and update HR systems (Employment Hero) while ensuring compliance
  • Track recruitment metrics and assist with workforce planning
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events
  • Assist with compensation benchmarking and benefits analysis
  • Partner with hiring managers and internal teams to streamline HR processes
  • Provide day-to-day HR admin support and contribute to process improvements

Key qualifications and experience include:

  • 3+ years' experience in HR coordination, recruitment, or a similar role
  • Qualifications in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and a high level of integrity
