we are seeking an office admin and accounts assistant to join our busy office at Chatswood. NSW 2067. full time

Daily tasks involve.

answering incoming call

responding to customer queries

scheduling work for our crews

using MYOB to issue invoices.

account receivable and bank reconciliation

enter purchase order to MYOB

all other general office duties.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following.

must have advanced computer skills.

must have great communication skills.

have good work ethic.

This position is for an immediate start.

parking available onsite

only successful applicants will be contacted.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- administration: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
