**The Company**

We have been exclusively engaged to work for a leading and growing in Australian owned business within walking distance from Chatswood Train Station. We have worked with this company for a while and they promote a collaborative, social, team environment with great progression opportunities.

The business is in an exciting phase of growth here in Australia therefore this position has been newly created to manage the increase of workload. You will work for a passionate, engaging, smart and forward thinking company who will support you to be your best and help you grow with the company.

**The Role**
- Managing inbound/outbound calls in a professional manner
- Building rapport and trust with customers, giving assistance and escalating issues
- Coordinating diaries, managing logistics for drivers, delivery times etc
- General administrative support including updating and maintain records ensuring full compliance
- Liaising with various stakeholders across the business
- General Administrative duties

**The Person**

In order to be successful in the role you will have/be:

- Previous experience customer service including hospitality or retail but preferably in call centre/office
- Strong admin experience and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and confidence to liaise with all levels of stakeholders over the phone
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to customer service
- Happy to work in the office 5 days per week
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident as this role is Permanent
