Compliance Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess job submissions for compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Conduct audits and inspections of ongoing projects to ensure adherence to compliance protocols.
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Prepare and present compliance reports to management.
- Develop and conduct training sessions for staff on compliance-related topics.
Qualifications:.
- Proven experience in compliance, preferably but not limited to the construction or energy sectors.
- Adaptive to regulations related to hot water systems, lighting, and solar installations.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
