We are seeking a Faculty Research Ethics Support Coordinator to join Office of Research Ethics and Integrity, Research Portfolio, Academic Division.

The Office of Research Ethics and Integrity (OREI) supports researchers by providing education, guidance, process and advice for research ethics, biosafety and responsible research practices to embed a high quality research culture at the University..

**What you need to succeed**
- Education, training and/or experience equivalent to a degree with at least four (4) years subsequent relevant experience, including professional experience relating to research ethics and integrity.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationships with researchers and foster communities of practice.
- Knowledge of human research ethics principles and processes.
- Strong proficiency in using and providing advice about how to use research management systems, and ideally systems that support research ethics review.
- Proven ability to promote continuous improvement in processes, systems, guidance, training and/or advice.
- Proven ability to provide support to a network of researchers with mínimal supervision in a collegial team environment and identify when to escalate matters and seek collaboration from colleagues.
