**Who are we looking for?**

We are seeking a Faculty Operations Manager, Faculty of Engineering to join Faculty Operations, Faculty of Engineering, Academic Division.

The Faculty Operations Manager forms a critical part of the leadership team of the Faculty. The Faculty Operations Manager is responsible for strategically leading and overseeing the operational functions within the Faculty, ensuring the delivery of effective and efficient professional services in support of the Faculty's strategy and goals. This includes local finance, space and asset management, and technical services.

**What you need to succeed**
- Education, training and/or experience equivalent to postgraduate qualifications in a relevant area with extensive managerial experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to effectively partner, influence and collaborate.
- Demonstrated leadership and managerial experience that drives a high performance and collaborative work culture in a large, complex organisation.
- Proven experience to coordinate and implement effective service delivery from multiple stakeholders.
- Record of success in critically evaluating systems and processes to achieve ongoing improvements at a strategic and operational level.
- Demonstrated experience in budgeting and financial management with strong analytical skills.
