The purpose of this role is to optimise group performance by ensuring performance targets, continuous improvement and organisational objectives are met while providing a high level of customer experience delivery to our stakeholders

This will be a **full time / permanent** position commencing **ASAP** and based in the **Parramatta** office with flexible working arrangements.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop, implement, forecast and drive the strategic direction, performance and sustainability of the team. Oversee and deliver a scalable, efficient, collaborative and effective customer-centric operating model.
- Ensure team achieves performance and KPI targets as part of the BU performance framework
- Utilise customer satisfaction and the customer experience and identify opportunities to enhance communication and services - utilising the continuous improvement channels to plan and implement change
- Identify and evaluate individual and organisational development needs. Deliver individual and group learning and development programs.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation. Maintain awareness of industry developments and trends and respond effectively to changes.
- Manage and oversee budget expenditure, conducting regular reviews against plan and budget and taking corrective actions as required.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Strong experience within a Personal Injury Claims Management background.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar Manager role, working within a fast-paced business environment
- Ability to create and maintain strong relationships at a senior level with all stakeholders, internal clients and the management team in line with our values and behaviours.
- Strong experience in leading and coaching capacity - managing a team or teams.
- Strong negotiation, influencing and problem solving skills.
- Ability to deal with conflicting demands ensuring key priorities and deadlines are met.
