**Your role**
- We have an opportunity for an Academy Program Coordinator to be part of our Multilingual NSW Academy team. The Coordinator supports a culture of continuous growth through administration and coordination of training and professional development programs and activities that deliver on organisational objectives.
- With a focus on coordinating multiple programs simultaneously, this role supports the team to drive capability uplift, professional standards and the ongoing recruitment and engagement of interpreters and translators who provide language services across NSW Government.

**What you’ll do**
- As part of the Multilingual NSW Academy team you will:

- Coordinate the delivery of strategies and activities such as professional development courses, workshops and programs to support the achievement of business objectives, targets and outcomes
- Develop a wide range of internal and external learning and communication materials and project documentation
- Support the development and maintenance of key stakeholder relationships, including delivery of workshops and webinars, ensuring positive program and engagement outcomes
- Support the effective reporting of Academy programs and initiatives and various communication channels, including the learning management system.

**What we’re looking for**
- Excellent project management abilities with keen attention to detail, preferably in learning and development domain
- Strong communication skills including across digital channels
- Proficiency in the use of learning management systems is a plus
- Ability to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously and work to a flexible schedule at our Parramatta office
