Customer Service Officer_24 / 7 Call Centre - Weekend Work_Perth CBD_ Temp to Perm Opportunity

**Your new company**
Our client is a reputable utility organisation who pride themselves in providing exceptional customer service to the local community and are passionate about providing an excellent service to their clients. They are now looking to recruit customer service experts to join their busy team in Perth CBD.

**Your new role**
Your role will require you to work in a fast paced environment handling a variety of different duties mainly answering all incoming calls and dealing with complex queries, scheduling in maintenance appointments and administration duties. You will have previous experience working in a high volume call centre. This is a target driven position which requires you to have proven experience in meeting/exceeding KPI’s in previous roles.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- You will have a bubbly and outgoing personality
- You will have only a few years’ experience within a call centre
- You’re a team player and enjoy working in a fast paced environment handling a variety of calls and administrative tasks
- You will have strong PC skills and have experience using different systems
- You will have clear written and verbal communication
