**POSITION OBJECTIVE**:
As the Head of Information Technology IT for Crystalbrook Collection, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape of our organisation. You will be responsible for developing and executing the technology strategy that supports our business objectives, enhances guest and employee engagement, and drives operational efficiency across all properties within our portfolio.

**OUR TECHNOLOGY STRATEGY**:
At Crystalbrook, we take pride in rethinking the ‘norm’. With this drive and aspiration, we have embarked on game changing IT strategies implementing Salesforce, starting our build of Data Warehousing and converting our Property Management systems to a Cloud environment. Continuing to build our infrastructure in these areas is a core short to medium term objective of this role. Further key responsibility of the role is to develop and implement comprehensive technology strategies aligned with the overall long-term business goals of Crystalbrook. This includes identifying and prioritising technology initiatives that drive innovation, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the guest experience.

**KEY TO SUCCESS**:
Proven experience (8+ years) in a senior leadership role overseeing IT operations and strategy
- (not necessarily Hotel experience but some is desirable)_.

Demonstrated a track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives, driving innovation, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity best practices, data management, and emerging technologies.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams and foster collaborative relationships across the organisation.

Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience managing IT budgets, vendor relationships, and implementing technology solutions at scale.
