**The Role**
Endeavour Group has been operating as a demerged, stand alone ASX top 50 company for 12 months. As Australia’s largest operator of retail liquor and hotels, among many other exciting businesses including wine and drinks production, we interact with governments, regulators and policymakers in many ways.
We have bottle shops, hotels, accommodation and wineries stretching across nearly every community in Australia. We employ nearly 30,000 people, from store and hospitality workers through to viticulturalists and data scientists in our technology division.
The purpose of this role is to enable our business strategy and build our credentials as a leader in responsibility in our sectors of liquor retail and hotels.
The role will lead the development and implementation of the policy and regulatory agenda for Endeavour Group, working in close partnership with Corporate Affairs colleagues in the retail and hotels teams. This role is a new role for the Group..
**What You’ll Do**
- Policy and regulation work in the key areas of industry, retail, liquor licencing and alcohol policy, among other emerging trends and topics.
- Develop strategies across all jurisdictions, focused on priority states.

- Advice and counsel to the business on broad topics across a range of external stakeholders.
**About You**
**Essential**
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in applicable field (business, communications, policy, law)
- Circa 10 years experience in one or more of the following fields: public policy, government relations and stakeholder management across either governments, bureaucracy, corporate sector or consultancies
- Proven track record of policy development and agenda setting
- Proven track record of executive stakeholder relationship development and management
**Ideal**
- Experience in ESG practice or reporting within a large corporation
- Experience in creating an Annual Reporting Suite
- Experience in working across project delivery, including comms, events and digital media/production
