As the Manager at One-Six-One, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our establishment. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day management, coordinating events and promotions, managing staff, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for our patrons. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a thriving nightclub known for its energetic atmosphere, cutting-edge music, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all aspects of the venue’s operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Coordinate and execute innovative events, themed nights, and promotions to attract a diverse clientele.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and safety regulations, including responsible service of alcohol.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, creativity, and professional growth.
- Monitor and manage inventory, budgets, and financial performance to achieve business objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service, actively engaging with patrons and addressing any concerns or feedback.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a bar or hospitality manager or in a similar role within the nightlife or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with staff, patrons, and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of current trends in music, entertainment, and nightlife culture.
- Understanding of legal and safety requirements in the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
