Reporting to the Managing Director, as General Manager you will be responsible for providing strategic direction, marketing and brand strategy and driving growth for the business.

**Here’s what you’ll be doing**:

- Responsible for the development and implementation of innovative business and marketing strategies to support our vision
- Lead, motivate and work hand in hand the marketing team and relevant departments
- Drive improvements that deliver customer value
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across the business
- Preparation and submission of regular reports to the Managing Director

**Experience required for the role**:

- Experience in development and implementation of marketing strategies
- Innovative thinking in developing and executing end to end business strategies, based on marketing insights and consumer trends
- High level consultation, negotiation, and stakeholder influencing skills and management
- Demonstrates entrepreneurialism
- Possesses strong prioritisation skills
- Understanding of competitor analysis
