The Bar Manager will ensure the smooth running of the Pubs three internal bars, create drinks menus, and curate our revolving tap beer selection. In addition, they will work closely with our venue manager to ensure a profitable trade and maintain a positive customer experience.

As our Bar Manager, your role will include:

- Work closely with our venue manager to meet goals
- Co-ordinating drinks packages with our Function coordinator
- Drinks training with restaurant and bar staff
- Liaising with suppliers
- Rostering of staff
- Developing cocktail list and curation of a rotating tap beer list
- Be a vibe creator
- Have a minimum of two year's experience behind the bar
- Knowledge of beer, wine, cocktails
- Experience with ordering and cashing up
- Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Have excellent attention to detail and presentation.
- Have a passion for hospitality, food, drinks and most importantly, people
- Up to date RSA
