**Your Role**:
As the Marketing Manager at StudioHawk, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract and retain a strong client base. You will work closely with the leadership team to optimise and scale up our go-to-market strategy, drive brand awareness, support sales and marketing efforts, and contribute to the overall growth of the organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Include but not limited to;**

**Marketing**:

- Overseeing StudioHawk’s content marketing plan for online and offline including video content, Youtube channel and blogging
- Work closely with the sales team to assess lead quality, and assess campaign performance.
- Connect marketing efforts to revenue generation, understanding the mix required for high-quality leads and deals won.
- Own the paid media strategy across various platforms including Meta and Google to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
- Spearhead events and tradeshows, as well as execute public relations and secure case studies.
- Collaborate with SEO & content experts to own and manage the website, organic traffic growth, and deal acceleration.

**Go to market**:

- Collaborate closely with the Head of Growth and General Manager to optimise and scale up our go-to-market strategy.
- Drive a revenue-first approach to marketing while injecting creativity and branding to set StudioHawk apart.

**People and Culture**:

- Support the People and Culture team with employer branding efforts to help recruitment.
- Manage internal and external relationships, contributing to StudioHawk's culture and strategic plan.
- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably with high-value B2B products.
- University degree in marketing, business, strategy, eCommerce, or similar field.
- Open, honest communicator with a passion for SEO, marketing, and community.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Creative thinker who enjoys building relationships and working in a team.
- A highly driven self-starter with a passion for marketing ROI and revenue impact.
- Experience with B2B enterprise sales and go-to-market strategies.
- Proficiency in various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with copywriting and proofreading abilities.
- Proficiency in video editing software and understanding of audio technology.
