As an Account Manager for Urban Angles, you’re the head honcho of your client portfolio. Reporting directly to the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll be the go-to contact for key clients, and will work both autonomously and with teams across multiple departments to disseminate briefs, manage timelines, and hold ultimate accountability for building and nurturing solid relationships by delivering our products and services with a pizzazz that has our most important clients shouting our name from the rooftops.

**You’ll have the opportunity to**:

- **Engage**: Actively manage and participate in relationships to provide exceptional service to our premium clients; provide regular check-ins, support change, and project manage, and be an active member of client sales meetings
- **Promote**: Support the growth of the business by advancing leads and increasing revenue. Onboard, educate, and support our new and existing clients, with superior knowledge of our products, processes, and systems through professional and efficient communications
- **Own & Deliver**: Be available to manage and (re)align client needs and expectations; manage objections and overcome adversity while promoting and protecting our brand, as well as championing a quality client/business relationship
- **Change & Influence**: Play an active role in our evolution, working with colleagues across the business, providing feedback, and supporting quality, to continuously improve and innovate our products, systems and processes

**Is this you?**

You’re outgoing, self-managed, and proactive; a relationship management Top Dog who delivers on what they say they will, come hell or high water. You’re an exceptional listener, negotiator and influencer, and can anticipate a client’s needs before they do. Likewise, you’ll have proven experience building trusted and transparent relationships, and importantly, will comprehend what we do and how we do it, to promote our business with authenticity, and have every client feeling grateful to have partnered with Urban Angles.

**Essential for this role -**
- Experience in an Account Management or Relationship Executive role.
- An unrestricted Driver’s License, and a vehicle.
