Reporting to the Managing Director, as Marketing Manager you will be responsible for providing strategic marketing direction, marketing and brand strategy and driving growth for the business.

**Here’s what you’ll be doing**:

- Responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaign to support our vision.
- Lead, motivate and work hand in hand with the marketing team and relevant departments to execute marketing initiatives.
- Drive improvements that deliver customer value and awareness.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across the business to advise on strategies and campaigns to reach target markets, creating consumer awareness and effective promotion of the business.
- Analysing data regarding consumer patterns and preferences.
- Preparation and submission of regular reports to the Managing Director on consumer trends, market demands, and market opportunities.
- Research and advise on market characteristics and marketing objectives to develop appropriate marketing policies and programs.

**Experience required for the role**:

- Experience in development and implementation of marketing strategies
- Innovative thinking in developing and executing end to end marketing strategies, based on marketing insights and consumer trends
- High level consultation, negotiation, and stakeholder influencing skills and management
- Demonstrates entrepreneurialism
- Possesses strong prioritisation skills
- Understanding of competitor analysis
