DiGiCOR, a leading ICT provider, is seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Support professional to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about technology, possess strong communication skills, and have a desire to excel in providing technical sales support to our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in the preparation of quotes, quote amendments, and understand customer requirements and work closely with the sales team to develop customized solutions that meet their needs.
- Engage in communication with customers, striving to create and maintain a positive customer experience and assist the sales team in reaching customer accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support throughout the sales process, including product demonstrations, solution design, and proposal preparation.
- Assist in conducting product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the technical capabilities and benefits of our solutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry trends to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
- Working with the pre-sales team to devise and implement ICT Solutions.
- Develop and maintain a large network of external prospects and internal organizational employees.
To be successful in this role:
- Bachelor / Master's Degree of Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering, or alternatively Business or Economics, or a relevant field, with prior experience in Sales Support, Tech Support, or similar role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage and mitigate crises effectively.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex technical concepts.
- Exemplary communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to effectively present complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Desire to learn relevant IT knowledge and keep up-to-date with the latest tech trends.
- Demonstrate computer proficiency and a growing sales focus with equivalent product or service knowledge.
- The ability to work effectively as a team member while exercising personal responsibility and autonomy.
- Proficiency in basic mathematics and proficiency in utilizing CRM tools.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
