**SALES AND BUILDING CONSULTANT**

The Attic Group is a family-owned business and the leading name since 1975 in Attic conversions, building products and storage solutions across Australia. We have improved the homes of over 40,000 Australian families.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced sales and building consultant for an immediate start to join our Melbourne sales team.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Achieving sales budgets from leads supplied by the company.
- On-site quality consultations.
- Developing new and maintaining existing customer relationships.
- Providing detailed and timely estimations/ quotes to customers.
- Deliver excellence in customer service.
- Offer technical support to customers.
- Upsell across the full range of the company's offerings.

**The Person**:
To be considered for this role you take pride in your work and
- Have at least 5 years of sales experience and a proven track record.
- Be well presented, exceptional customer service skills and a solutions focused attitude.
- Be a team player who can multitask, meet deadlines and work independently.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Possess the ability to identify opportunities and close sales.
- Have strong negotiation skills.
- Be a self-motivated and a team player.
- A full current driver's licence (essential).
