DiGiCOR is a leading ICT provider, and we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. This individual will play a crucial role in ICT Customer Engagement, providing sales support to help clients clarify their needs and business requirements. Job Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare quotes, make quote amendments, and handle office administrative tasks related to sales operations.
- Engage with customers through various communication channels, including online chat support, to ensure a positive customer experience and assist the sales team in managing customer accounts.
- Process customer orders, pricing requests, and prepare statements and reports as required.
- Work closely with the pre-sales team to devise and implement ICT solutions for customers.
- Develop and maintain a large network of external prospects and establish strong relationships with internal organizational employees.

To be successful in this role:

- Preferably a Master's Degree in Business or a relevant field.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage and mitigate crises.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to present complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong desire to learn and keep up-to-date with the latest IT knowledge and technology trends.
- Proficiency in computer skills and ability to quickly learn and utilize CRM tools.
- Demonstrated sales focus with equivalent product or service knowledge.
- Ability to work effectively as a team member while exercising personal responsibility and autonomy.
- Proficiency in basic mathematics.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Commission
