Established 15 years ago, with over 50 product and brand awards under our belt, Cherub Baby is a home-grown Australian baby products brand with a strong focus on making _little_ easy.
We’ve created a niche category with our Fresh Food Feeding System, empowering parents with the tools to make, store and serve healthy nutritious home-made meals for babies and kids. This range is sold through major supermarkets, pharmacies and baby specialty stores across Australia and we are quickly expanding overseas. Our success is driven through innovation, being dynamic, authentic and fostering a strong team.
**Tell me more about the role..**
This hands on diverse role will see you undertake sales and marketing support/administration and be responsible for a range of tasks that will level you up for a future senior management role. Some of your responsibilities will include:
Sales
- Being the key contact for independent retailers.
- Co-ordinate rollout of digital marketplaces
- Completing new line submission forms for retailers, including calculating margins and profit.
- Coordinating promotional submissions for retailer events.
- Assisting with range review preparation and new retailer proposals.
- Updating and distributing price-lists.
- Liaise with our warehouse for reworks.
- Market research, collating sales data, analysing reports to identify sales trends.
- Oversee digital sales channel growth and management.
Marketing
- Sending samples.
- Co-ordinating influencer briefs.
- Reviewing digital marketing spend and budgets vs sales.
- Plan and coordinate brand and product photoshoots.
**What you’ll bring with you to Cherub Baby**:
- A strong team player with a collaborative and analytical mindset and excellent communication and strong analytical skills.
- Bringing the good vibes with a positive, go getter, can do attitude with a strong desire to achieve results.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, sales, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred, but experience is also considered.
- A background in retail sales or retail buying is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage small projects independently and solve problems.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask
- Computer literate in MS Excel and Outlook. Experience using CRM’s Slack, Asana and Canva is preferred but not essential.
- You’ll enjoy working with a small team office environment (our larger team is spread out across Australia and beyond).
