**Your Opportunity**
We’re looking for someone who wants to do more than hit targets; you want to make an impact. In this role, you’ll be at the centre of our retail and trade strategy, nationally leading a strong sales team and shaping how our brands show up across Australia. You’ll have the freedom and responsibility to drive real commercial results and keep us at the front of the pack.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Develop national sales strategies and implement sales plans for retail and trade
- Own the P&L and deliver on ambitious growth targets
- Lead, mentor, and motivate your team
- Build and grow our presence with major retailers and independent stockists
- Build genuine partnerships with buyers, distributors, and trade customers
- Spot new opportunities early, using data and market knowledge to stay ahead
- Demonstrate a pronounced understanding of the retail and trades markets
- See beyond the initial sale to develop long-term value
- Cross-functional collaboration between Customer Service, Marketing, and Product teams ensures a unified customer experience by integrating frontline feedback, market insights, and product innovation to deliver solutions that are relevant, well-communicated, and customer-centric.

**About You**
You bring strong leadership acumen and thrive in a commercial environment. You have experience growing sales in retail, hardware, or building products, and you know how to run a P&L. People trust you because you’re authentic, straight-talking, and results driven. You see the big picture but aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves when it counts. You care about your team, your customers, and delivering quality work. You’re skilled at building collaborative relationships, across national key accounts and within the business.

**What You’ll Need**
- Proven experience leading national sales portfolios in retail, hardware, or building products
- A history of delivering commercial growth and managing P&L responsibility
- Sharp analytical skills and the confidence to use data to guide decisions
- Strong leadership experience - you know how to inspire and lift performance
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with credibility at all levels
- A relevant degree or qualification is great, but not essential if you’ve got the track record
