**Your new role**

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Intermediary Communications, the Intermediary Communications Manager is a key leader in the Member Communications Team responsible for managing the development and delivery of simple and compelling business and adviser communications as related to onboarding, transitions, and Fund updates.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Managing the effective delivery of employer and adviser onboarding communications, employee transition plan communications and communicating general Fund updates to employers, advisers, and other corporate stakeholders.
- Ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality transitions support, including but not limited to initial notification, welcome and education communications as well as bespoke communications.
- Help define and influence the desired customer experience, driven by segment insights, research and data.
- Ensure relevant measurement, evaluation and optimisation of activities is conducted to evolve the program of work.
- Continuously evaluate, assess, and improve communications across all touchpoints to increase digitisation of communications.
- Lead, motivate and inspire the team of Intermediary Communication Consultants (2).
- Drive a strong service and excellence-oriented culture with accompanying KPIs, within the team and with stakeholders, suppliers, and partners.
- Contribute both functional expertise and business management leadership, skills, and experience as part of cross-Fund initiatives.

**What you’ll need**
- Extensive experience in a Marketing communications role within Superannuation or Financial Services. 7 years+ advantageous.
- Experience leading teams.
- Well-developed written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas, perspectives, and issues.
- Ability to organise and prioritise to deliver programs on-time, to budget to drive simple and engaging communications.
- Extensive experience project managing and developing a wide variety of end-to-end communications, including the writing, sign-off management, design management, production, and distribution of communications across multiple channels for different audiences.
- Well-developed problem solving, analytical and organisational skills, with a high attention to detail.
- Proven track record to work with other parties to achieve project outcomes.
