**Your new role**

The purpose of the Marketing Communication Consultant is to develop and execute ongoing communications collateral and content that is compliant, compelling, and fit for purpose. Content created by you will support a number of strategies including, Business, Advisor and member acquisitions and retention, and Unions and Employer Association.

Some key responsibilities but not limited to;
- Develop industry leading marketing communications collateral in response to the needs of the opportunity
- Continually assess results and performance of communications collateral to ensure continuous improvement and provide recommendations to inform future strategies
- Develop a wide variety of end-to-end communications including copywriting and distribution across multiple channels and audiences
- Understand the customer needs and consider the full user experience and champion best practice creative development and design

**What you’ll need**
- 7+ years experience in marketing and/or communication roles
- Well-developed written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to convert technical concepts into plain language, putting your customer first
- Driven, focused individual with commercial acumen
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
- The ability to manage multiple projects, pressing timelines and some ambiguity with ease
- The ability to build rapport quickly and manage multiple stakeholders
- Experience working in the superannuation or financial services sector and implementing B2B campaign activity ideal.
