**Our Team & Opportunity**

You will be working in the newly formed Adviser Offer team. The team is split into four senior specialists and two Intermediary Client Relationship Associates. The aim of the team is to provide supports to the intermediary sales team as the business looks to provide a broader level of support to our intermediary clients. The team looks to provide support to intermediary clients across business consulting, portfolio analytics and research analysis.

**What you will do**
- Handles requests and supports existing relationships with platforms, licensees, and research houses. Collaborates with internal partners to complete requests for information, due diligence questionnaires, PDS consents, requests for proposals, approved product list requirements, platform product onboarding etc.
- Collaborates with internal partners to provide support to Sales Executives and Adviser Offer team. Conducts projects, in-depth research, analyses data, and identifies appropriate solutions and recommendations to support these teams.
- Participates in the research and development of strategies to improve service models. Assists Sales Executives in drafting communications regarding product or service changes.
- Develops a general understanding of overall financial markets and the related legal, tax, and regulatory issues to support our intermediary partners and implement Industry initiatives and system changes.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
- Maintains compliance with all Vanguard policies, applicable laws, and regulations.
- Provide support directly to our platform, research, and dealer group relationships
- Support the Adviser Offer specialists as they provide technical support to the sales team and intermediary clients
- Help drive internal initiatives to broaden our value proposition
- Look to implement initiatives and frameworks that will improve the efficiencies of our service team

**What are we looking for**
- A proactive team member who will look to help increase the quality of service in the team
- A collaborative team member who can manage multiple deliverables
- To work across divisions, strong internal stakeholder skills to help deliver on initiatives
- Minimum of three years related work experience.
- Experience within Financial Services industry or function preferred.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- RG146 is required for this role.
