**Responsibilities**: As a Project Coordinator at AAG Infrastructure, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks and team support within our delivery operations team. The key responsibilities include:

- Day-to-day coordination, allocation, scheduling, and tracking of field tasks.
- Communication with on-field supervisors for managing pre-field services workflows, inquiries, and information validation.
- Accurate and timely entry of information in various client systems, including job claims, invoicing, general notes, and updates on scheduling status.
- Acting as an escalation point for orders under the project manager's control and management.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to obtain relevant information.
- Demonstrating role model behaviour in punctuality, reliability, collaboration, and compliance with AAG’s Code of Conduct, Work Health & Safety policies, and wider business policies and procedures.

**About You**: To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Knowledge about NBN/Telecommunications is desirable. Degree in Civil Engineering, construction management or related disciplines is preferred but not essential.
