**What you'll be doing**:

- As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and timely completion of projects. Your responsibilities will include:

- End-to-End Project Coordination: Manage all activities that lead to the successful completion of work orders, meeting operational goals while maintaining safety, quality, and customer objectives.
- Database & Work Management: Oversee and manage the project database and work management tools to track progress.
- Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with our client, Telstra, and asset owners to ensure project alignment and success.
- Resource & Subcontractor Management: Coordinate internal resources and subcontractors, ensuring smooth project execution and timely completion.
- Scheduling & Planning: Plan and schedule work for both internal teams and contractors to meet project deadlines.

**Are you our next Project Coordinator?**
We’re looking for someone with:

- Experience working in the Telecommunications industry, ideally with Telstra.
- Project Coordination experience with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication Excellence: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in coordinating and managing subcontractors.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficient in MS Office (Advanced Excel) and MS Project.
